All text prompts, uploaded source images, and output media are processed directly on these external servers. Please Note: These third parties retain your data on their servers for a mandatory period of up to 14 Days for safety monitoring and caching. BanaoAI is not liable for the server performance, data practices, or potential data breaches of these external entities.
3. Zero Liability for User-Generated Misuse
You, the user, are solely, legally, and completely liable for evaluating the legality, accuracy, and suitability of the AI-generated content. You explicitly agree NOT to create or attempt to create:
- Deepfakes or morphed media of real people, politicians, or celebrities without their explicit written consent.
- Sexually explicit (NSFW), pornographic, CSAM, or highly abusive material.
- Copyright-infringing content or materials that violate third-party intellectual property rights.
BanaoAI assumes absolutely ZERO liability for any legal, civil, or criminal actions arising from your misuse of this platform. In the event of an investigation, we will unconditionally hand over your IP address and prompt history to the Police.
4. No Professional Advice & Hallucinations
AI models are known to hallucinate, make errors, or produce inaccurate/biased information. The output generated on this platform is not intended as, and shall not be construed as, professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages you may suffer by relying on this AI-generated information.
