Thank you for choosing BanaoAI. We strive to provide the best AI generation experience. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any digital tokens on our platform.

1. Digital Goods Nature

BanaoAI provides digital services in the form of 'Tokens' which are consumed when you generate AI text, images, or videos. Because these are immediate digital deliverables, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the tokens are credited to your account and used.

2. Refund Eligibility

We only process refunds under the following strict technical circumstances:

  • Payment Deducted but Tokens Not Credited: If your bank account/UPI was charged but the tokens were not added to your wallet within 24 hours due to a technical glitch.
  • Duplicate Transaction: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction ID.

Note: Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated output does not qualify for a refund, as the AI processing consumes computing resources regardless of the final result.

3. Cancellation Policy

No Monthly Subscriptions: BanaoAI operates on a strictly 'Pay-As-You-Go' model. We do not auto-charge your card or UPI account every month. Therefore, there is no subscription to cancel.

If you wish to stop using our services, you can simply stop purchasing tokens. Your existing tokens have lifetime validity and will remain in your account.

4. How to Request a Refund & Processing Time

If your case falls under the 'Refund Eligibility' criteria mentioned above, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction. Once your refund request is verified and approved by our billing team, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
